Payments Not Allocated Again...Twice in 2 Months

This is the second time that Rcs has not allocated a payment to my account in the space of 2 months. Absolutely shocking!!!!! This time I am attempting to settle my account, I have made 2 payments one on the 23rd September at Verimark Canal Walk for an amount of R1860 and another for R16.10 at Sunglass Hut in Blue Route 25th September which should total my settlement balance of R1876.10. On the previous occasion I was forced to pay a late fee and have my ITC negatively affected because of Rcs. I trust that the same won't occur again. One positive is that I would like to say that despite this occurance I received wonderful service from ****er today, even though he could not provide an immediate resolve he proved to be knowledgeable, sympathetic and pro-active. It's solely due to agents like this that my account is still open today. He deserves 5 stars.

I expect that these payments will reflect within the promised 24-48 hours as promised instead of the almost 3 weeks it took last time.
