payments ????

I have made payments on my account since 4 February 2016 and send them the proof of payments and then i get calls and threatening emails and sms'e to tell me that my account has not been paid and then the next day i get the following sms to tell me they will let me know when my account has been fixed this is now for the pas 2 months my payment get added to my account and not deducted i am fed up with this and will have to take them to court if this is not fixed by 30,April they are *****ing my money and then add costs of over R1000 rand
