Payment not reflect
A payment was made on my account *** on 24/02/2016 via internet but on the beneficiary refence I left out on digat but I send the proof of payments to payments@rcs with the correct beneficiary number and my id number. This was done on the 29/02/2016. They told me that it will take a week and than my credit will be available on the card but up to now 11/03/2016 my account show still in arrears.
