payment not allocated
I paid my RCS account at Foschini to my surprise their staff are still calling me a bad payer and interrogating as to why I have failed to pay my account I called in they promised to look into the matter and now my account has been suspended and I have not received any feedback from RCS and I'm in possession of my proof of payment
