PAYMENT MISSING - ACCORDING TO THEM

I wish their was a rating for this place. My wife opened an account with these people and I made payment towards the end of Sept on the account. Almost 2 months and about 15 phone calls (today's one was 53 minutes 10 seconds), the payment still does not reflect on their system. Now I must send them proof of payment (which I already did) again before they can help me. My wife never had accounts in her life and we wanted her to start building a credit profile now these idiots come and ***** it up in no time. Now, according to them, I must go back to the store where I made payment, ask the store to contact them and wait for confirmation. Where do they think i must get the time? If you ever wanted to open an account with them, please stay far away. Rather go to the bank. I am so peed off I can breastfeed to fully grown black mambas.
