Reviewer Update

RCS has not provided with a revised account statement although they acknowledged that the payment made on the 01st November 2016 was in fact in their possession all this time.

The records at the credit bureaus shows incorrectly that my account is still overdue to the amount of R1306-00.

I paid all my instalments starting with the first on the 01st August 2015 till the recent payment on the 01st November 2016.

In fact I have been paying an extra more than the required monthly installment of R653-00.

My account is supposed to be showing an advance instead of arrears.

The interest charged unfairly and unfounded collection costs make it ******** as it is against the National Credit Regulations.
