Payment clearance
I made payment to my RCS account on the 26th of September via Ozow Pay.On the the 29th I sent an email to check if the payment is reflecting they advised that the payment does not reflect I sent a screenshot of the payment fromOzow but they wanted proof of payment.I could not get a port of of payment as this is an online transaction. I sent my bank statement on the 29th and it was forwarded to the payments team.I still haven’t received any feedback after sending several emails. Why introduce Ozow pay if it does not work very well with your payment system and we as clients we have to suffer?
