payment cannot be located

I made a EFT payment on the 25/04/2015 and by error ,I used the wrong reference number .instead of putting 601024 which are the 1st 6 numbers on RCS cards I used 607024 which was a typing error .i noticed the error when they sent me the 1st reminder a few days later and from then I have been sending the proof of payment to RCS with no success in updating the payment, My RCS sunglass account is suspended even though RCS is sitting with the funds and the proof that I made the funds .And I have been making the other monthly payments.I am at a point where I would like to close the account as I wouldnt like its been 2 months and ITC is not looking good with this issue
