Payment

Terrible service from RCS Edgar's. On Friday 29 November, i made a payment at 1 of the payment providers. The payment went off my bank account however their system went down nationwide. So the payment has not been allocated. I've phoned yesterday was advised by Yolanda she will get the payment allocated as I had sent her my confirmation of payment. I called today and Yamkela behaves as if she isn't aware of the problem they experienced on Friday and is if there isn't any record of my calls. Was put on hold for 15 minutes until the call cut. Still no joy. They probably going to have a negative reflection on my credit history due to their lack of customer service.
