Payment arrangement

I called Rcs on the 30th of September to make an arrangement to pay off my loan. I spoke to a lady called Lauren .I am unemployed so I called to make an arrangement of R50 per month against my personal loan. I was told that it was not enough and I will be handled over because I'm not paying the full instalment. I already explained that I was not working. Then Lauren asked me to hold on while she was referring to her superior. When she came back she asked me if I had children, I told her I have 2. She asked if I don't receive child support grant for them . I told her I don't. She said its a pity because I was going to use that money to pay off my loan. Even if I did have child support grant it would've been for my children not for paying off debts. I got upset because I'm making an effort to pay yet I was told I will be handed over down the line. I asked what is the point of making an effort if it won't help me. Lauren then referred me to her supervisor,Zukisa. She sang the same tune. While I still speaking to her, I exhausted my airtime. They didn't bother to call me back. I still don't know what to do.
