Payment Allocation

I was sent an sms to make payment for my builders warehouse account, payment was done via this and not allocated to my account of which went into arrears in the hope that this was going to be allocated before the end of April never happen. The the month of May with numerous emails to every email address possible ask to be sent I submitted for my payment to be allocated never done. Till today no one and nothing can be done. I was charged interested and my name damaged due to the people and their inabilities to do their jobs properly. IM DISGUSTED AND WISH I COULD CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AND NEVER DEAL WITH RCS TEAM AGAIN
