Payed up and dodge.
I payed up an Rcs account for a pnp store card, when I requested a payed letter was told I over payed by R300 and they would first have to refund me. I sent through bank statement and I'd copy 3 months ago and still have not received refund instead have been sent pillar to pillar. Whent to pnp maponya mall to request help but nothing. Rcs only wants their owen benefits and does not care about their customers..
