PAY MY REFUND

To whom it may concern,

Re: Refund ***

I would like to bring to your attention that I settled the outstanding balance of my loan on the 31st August 2020, today is the 18th of September and I still have not received my refund or any communication thereof. On the 9th of September I had to email Rcs to confirm that they received my payment to which they rep**** on the 11th to say they sent the paid up letter and I received the statement showing my credit. I received a confirmation letter stating that my loan had indeed been paid. I then received a statement showing I have a refund (credit) of R2 468.00 due to me. I rep**** on the 11th asking how I would be refunded as I was not informed, to which I still did not get a reply. So again on Tuesday the 15th September, I had to call the Rcs offices to find out what was going and how far where they with processing my refund. Only to be told I had to submit documents (copy of my id, proof of the last payment and proof of address) which I submitted the same Tuesday.

I’m baffled that I am still receiving an emailing today 18 September 2020, requesting the very same documents I sent on Tuesday (see attached emails). I had called on Wednesday to confirm if my documents had been received, and I was assured that they were received and submitted to the finance department. I was then instructed to email the documents to *** which I did, so I am not sure as to why I need to keep following up and being requested to send the same documents again. I would like to believe if something was amiss with the documents I submitted I would have been informed of such. At this point I believe you should be informing me when I will be receiving my money and not still be requesting documents that I have already sent.

And for you to send me a silly email asking “If you want your refund” is this the kind of appalling service received by all your clients or was I the only one privy to it? I mean how do you ask a client such a question? Why would I refuse R 2 468.00 that is due to me? I would appreciate it if you would stop wasting my time and pay back what is due to me.

P.S I am yet to receive an explanation on the wrong email sent to my email address, which was addressed to Mr. Masango.

Extremely appalled and disgusted client. Khanyiswa Ndude
