Pay it off card a total disaster

Really i have had it with this pay it off card for checkers hyper. Firstly when paying the outstanding amount owed on the card the cashier at checkers hyper at Mayville Mall didnt have a clue how to do the payment on card. Someone else had to help her. Apparently not all the cashiers received training for payment on cards. This is totally ridiculous. You cannot do marketing of a product if the training hasnt been done. I have a tfg card which the cashiers know exactly what to do when payments are made. Having problems with cancelling the card even though nothing is owed. Wont recommend this card to anybody
