Pay back the money

<p>I phoned 2 times in June to confirm debit order amount! It was confirmed twice that it would be R544 and some cents for the next 24 months.. to my surprise a debit order of R1800 and something went off without my authotisation and consent! I need urgent feedback.. this was not agreed on and you took money against my go ahead. I will have no option but to open a case of theft if money is not returned to my account and only the agreed amount is kept by COB tomorrow...</p> <p>I would also like recordings of my phone calls made in June.. as you say.. "calls are ther for our mutual safety and benefit"</p>
