Pathetic service with useless agents

I was transferred five times in total this afternoon and was on hold endlessly in between. Only to have the line dropped because I was placed on hold. Unprofessional as well because they harass you via text and email , but when you call they are useless. They don’t even understand the agreement they have with stores they will send you back and forth. Not worth the trouble.
