Pathetic Service Rendered by Macro

On the 16th of November 2022 I placed an online order, Online order #MAK***, for Dstv HD 8S Decoder plus Installation. Upon placing the order it noted that delivery takes place within 3 days, but upon viewing my order and to see progress thereof it noted that it can take between 3 - 5 working days (1st discrepancy). To date, I have not received any feedback from Macro - 25th of November. I have even sent to emails to no avail. I am not willing to phone them, seeing that I tried phoning them once but the only result was depleting my airtime. Further, upon trying to track my order, I decided to read the reviews to see if the pathetic service rendered was a common occurrence. I did however noticed that a previous customer who also purchased the same product, noted that a dish was not included in the deal. Now, in the add, on the site, the product is advertised on the image with a dish. This is false adverti*****t indeed (2nd discrepancy). I herewith want Makro to reimburse my monies with immediate effect. I have paid the purchase with my Game Card and want to be reimbursed with immediate affect. I will also not deal with Macro in future.
