Pathetic service RCS

I had an account with RCS a couple of years ago, paid it up and requested for it to be closed on several occasions, called the Call Centre takes hours to get through if you ever do..........consultants assists and promises account is closed small balance reversed credit bureaus updated........guess what never happened still reflecting with a ridiculous small balance on the account......biggest issue besides that incompetence is that we are working but are never able to get through to them.....they must have a ********** SLA for their inbound call centre......also asked for a manager to call me back.........still waiting up until this day
