Pathetic Service from rogues at RCS
Do your ratings not have NEGATIVE STARS PERHAPS BECAUSE RCS DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR!!!!
My dad opened up an RCS Account - BIGGEST MISTAKE OF HIS LIFE!!!!!!
He put in R450 so he can have a credit balance. Months later he buys for R197. Jan 2021 he OWES THEM R400.88 can someone explain this to me because they say no charges on a ZERO balance... they charged him COLLECTION LETTER AND SMS FEES of which he has not received a single letter... My dad is a pensioner and they are *****ing him... SHAME ON RCS...
HOW THEY STILL EXIST AS A COMPANY IS BEYOND ME!!
PATHETIC!!!!
