Pathetic Service.

I've sent an email regarding my eft that was made into the wrong acc, my intention was to pay my RCS credit card, and wrongly transfered money into RCS Cards Co-Brand. My request for reversal was made about a week or two ago and no one is willing to assist me, I think I will have to take further steps as I'm currently not getting any assistance.

The service experience is extremely bad as no feedback was given to me until today
