Pathetic Service!!!

Waste of my time, fuel and airtime!!! Extremely frustrating!!

My RCS Game Store Card application was approved. I went to Game Gateway 30/05 to collect and activate card however I was never informed how much credit was available. Card was activated in store so I attempted to do my first purchase for 12,000 and it declined. Contacted RCS and was advised that credit available is only R6000 then I took a product to the value of R7000 - My understanding R6000 on credit and the R1000 I will pay via EFT however this was not the case. Card declined again. I contacted RCS 31/05 waited on the line for an hour and was transferred to several different people explained the above and only to be told I am going to be transferred to the ***** department for them to authorize. ***** department answered and told me they cannot authorize over the phone I need to go in store and was futher advised that R6000 on credit and balance to be paid via EFT for the product. I went again to Game Gateway 31/05 and took the same product for R7000 and did the above mentioned told by the RCS customer care representative and yet again the card declined.

This has inconvenienced me beyond measure!!!

Can someone contact me urgently to rectify this mess!!!

I need the product without any hassles please is that too much to ask for as a customer!!!
