Pathetic RCS , as usual.

I have a RCS Game card. I contacted them and got a settlement amount on 30 October 2018, which I paid. The proof was forwarded to them and they still didn't have the ability to prevent another debit order from going through on my account. I didn't make a big fuss, I informed them of this and they sent me a statement with a credit balance. They then requested me to provide proof of the settlement payment again, regardless of my account reflecting a credit balance, and promised to refund my money. Several emails and phone calls later still nothing has been done to resolve this issue. I have been sitting with my cellphone on speaker, listening to random music playing and promotional inserts for half an hour. The complete incompetence and absolute lack of management is a joke. Not a single person in that company, that I spoke to, has the self respect to take this matter and resolve it. Absolutely pathetic and in the economic times that big companies are reducing staff by the hundreds, shocking to say the least.
