Pathetic, Poor Service..Complaint

Good day RCS

I have been trying to get assistance from RCS to update my status at Credit Bureau for almost three months now, can you please advise me what is going on please.

An account is reflecting badly but they are now willing to assist even though i am paying this account.

This is so disgusting, pathetic and poor service from this BIG institution.

Please assist me as soon as possible.
