Pathetic Knowledge of Accounts

I had purchased an item from Corobrik a while ago using my RCS card. Everything was going fine until the account department at RCS was not allocating my payment to my account. Due to this my account was handed over and my credit record has been tarnished because someone clearly incapable of handling accounts had been neglecting my RCS account. I had called on numerous occasions t clarify this . I have all my payment confirmations. Yet, no one is able to assist me. Well no one was able to assist me. Is there an educated individual working at RCS that will assist.
