PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!!
Getting feedback from RCS is like drawing water from a rock . Don't even bother! I have been promised feedback on the chat for DAYS and still SILENCE . Yet you are expected to pay your account on time ?! I have emailed the claims dept over and over . Sent all documentation and still nothing !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Maybe I will get a response if I stop paying my account ........RCS YOUR SERVICE IS BEYOND PATHETIC !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
