Pathetic cust service

I dont know where to start with the pathetic service i am recieving from RCS (makro) i have an credit account that on the first of every month get pad via debit order now on the 1st of Dec 18 the debit did not go off so i phoned RCS to notify only to find someone on there side canceld my debit order so okay i kept cool and made an eft payment on the 3rd of Dec 18 with correct ref number and the lady said if i make an eft payment on the 3rd it would reflect on my account in 3 working day's now its the 18th still not reflecting on my account as i made 4 to 5 phone calls to RCS and the say i qoute"WE HAVE RECIEVED YOUR EFT PAYMENT BUT HAS NOT YET BEEN ALLOCATED TO YOUR ACCOUNT WILL TAKE MATTER UP WITH FINANCE DEPT" if got over 4 emails and sms's stating i am in arrears and now my itc status had been affected PLEASE NOTE SECOND TIME THIS HAD HAPPEND CAN SOMEONE AT RCS PLEASE ASSIST ITS FESTIVE SEASON NEED MY ACCOUNT BEFORE FRIDAY OR LEGAL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN I promised myself not to resort to this thank you
