Pathetic credit

I took a credit with Pick 'n Pay on the 11th of Dec 2023 and I was advised to take anything on the store just to check if the account is now active mind you the agreement of the 1st installment which I have proof of was the 20th of Jan 2024 and they were going to debit for themselves since they took all the details ... I used R550 and as the month proceed I carried on using the credit , On the 2nd of Jan 2024 they called me and alerted me that I am overdue I was suppose to make the 1st Installment payment on the 13th of Dec 2023 two days after taking the credit and If I do not make the payment I will be handed over ... My argument was how is that even possible that the first installment is 2days after the credit was opened and the initial agrrement was the 20th of Jan 2024 and I even received a statement confirming that the 1st installment is the 20th of Jan 2024 an amount of R273 as agreed ...

Fast forward I receive an sms on the 15th of Jan 2024 that I have been handed over and I am now owing R473... It is not even the 20th of Jan 2024 as per the agreement... On the 16th of Jan I then receive another statement for Feb 2024 that on the 20th of Feb 2024 amount due is R574.. I then called Pick N' Pay RCS and spoke Sivenathi Kupiso from the Collections Dept who promised me that her Supervisor will give me a call at 12pm.. It is 2pm and still nothing... They tarnishing my credit lord knows and they do not even know how they credit works...

I advice people not to open this account because they will ruin you ....
