Pathetic company *****ing people's money.

I have been trying to cancel my account since 7 December 2020. I have send multiple e-mails. But will always be told that someone will get back to me within 48 hours. The same lies over and over. It has been more than a month. So it is obvious that the people that are in charge there is incapable of doing simple tasks. They are useless. And systems are not in place.

I have had no communication whatsoever to try help me, but guess what?? They keep on taking money for a monthly service fee?? What service?? I have not seen any??

I want this company to cancel my card and pay back MY MONEY that they have been taking as i have requested for my card to be canceled!!! It is theft!!

Useless company. Pathetic. Disgusting. Unprofessional.
