Pathetic company !!!!

The most pathetic company ever!!! I have been trying to get my father's account sorted out because he fell behind on payments due to health issues. The consultants are not willing to assist and will transfer you from one person to the next to the next. All I want to do is try to arrange for a payment plan so that my father's account can be settled, but all RCS is able to do is to hand over elderly clients because they are unable to pay their accounts.
