Pathetic after service

What a mistake i made taking a loan here, their after service is pathetic, they dont call you back when you request just wasited over R100 on my own airtime because they only have share call. Put in hold for over 5 minutes and nobody returns your call. Ill never recommend them nor will i do business with them in the future, such a typical south African ******* company!!! #furious
