Paid up loan still not closed

I paid my loan got a settlement figure paid as per letter rec a letter I still have a balance rec letters I will handed over for collection after querying I was told the debit order did not go through for October but rcs did not put the debit order through can u believe I get offered another loan I have spoken to tons of people I am fed up with an unprofessional company clear my balance and give me confirmation I will refer to Cpa
