Paid up letters

I have called RCS 3 times this month, last week, this week Monday yesterday and today. I want my paid up letters to state that i am done paying, everytime, they send it to wrong email, after giving my correct email account. I am so tired. After R250 of airtime waisted. You giys are easy to hand customers over, but struggling to give the paid up letters. RCS, Game and Game Finance.
