PAID UP LETTER / STILL OWING !!!

I paid the full amount as per consultant and received a paid up letter (attached hereto) with a nil amount owing
Attached is also an email with the current statement showing I owe money
I WILL NOT BE PAYING A CENT MORE. SORT THIS OUT!!!
