Paid up account still showing in Arrears

I had an account with game and paid up the account months ago in April however we are in November and my account is still showing open and in arrears this is really bad as everywhere I go I am being declined and the bureau is just not updating my information on my Compuscan report it still shows that I owe Game but the account has been paid up please assist I would like my account to be updated please.!!!!!!
