ozow rcs payment not reflecting

On the 4th of August this year I made an OZOW payment to the RCS account. The payment is not reflecting on my account. I tried to get this resolved with no luck. All I have been getting from RCS is a numerous number of calls from their collections department. When I ask them about the feedback they either drop the call on me or say that they are not sure what is the status of the quiry. I shared payment notification from the bank to the whatsapp numer, two email addresses that they said I should send proof of payment to with no positive feedback from them. Can someone help me out.
