Overpaid account and requested for refund

I had over paid my account and now rcs owes me money. This was in september 2014 and up to today they have not refunded my money and closed my account. Even though I have contacted them numerous times via telephone and email.<br> <br> If you owe them money they will phone you a million times a day like you going to skip the country and not pay them.<br> <br> Their customer service stinks and I wont do business with ever again in the future.
