OVERCHARGING

Dear Sir/Madam <br> <br> I have mentioned to you earlier and you said you will attend to my request. I have mentioned that the business that I am running is no longer active as before. Again you are overcharging me. Imagine you have borrowed me about R3000.00 from your but i have to pay back R5424 almost R6000.00. Is how you work with people. I have mentioned that the consultant told me that I will be paying R160.00 per month. She did not mention other things. But why are acting this way.Tell me how much money do I owe you by now. I am going to change the bank if you don't respond favourably to my request. I cannot suffer my family and feed the big company like yours, I am indeed hurt about your service.
