Over charge on my account

I am very disappointed with the interest charged on my account every month seeing that I also pay my account on a 6 month installment and was told that I won't pay interest if I ask that my account should be billed under 6 months.

I even pay more than what I should monthly.

What's even more upsetting is that there are interest charged on my cellphone insurance which was never even what I signed up for.

How can you ask me to do this if you people just keep on adding interest on my account and my account hasnt even been escalated for the amount of R1800. RCS IS BAD. I WONT RECOMMEND YOU TO ANYONE
