Order delayed

I bought washing machine, macro wave and fridge on the 10th of December 2024 which they promised to deliver on the 11th of December and I requested for a reschedule delivery date to be on Friday (13th December) since I wasn't available on the 11th. I waited up yesterday for my delivery until I called them million times but still with no assistance or something solid. Only when I called at Menlyn mall that's when they advised that my Macro wave is out for delivery, (to my surprise, I did 1 purchase online with 1 order number why now my things are separated? ) one is coming from Menlyn and others are nowhere to be found. Menlyn is not sure of where is the fridge and washing machine. imagine having to run after people to give you something you paid for🤮I called again to the call centre asking about my other 2 things. up until today, I haven't received anything from game or delivery.

I want all my things to be delivered to me on Monday (16 December 2024) with no fail as I'm not willing to run around the call centre again like I didn't yesterday, using my own airtime. failer to do so please cancel all the orders.
