Offline , Card

Good day , <br> <br> <br> On the 18th of September i did an online application for a RCS card . It was approved they required bank statements and a payslip id . I sent it trough the same day . On the 23rd of September i revived a sms that my card is ready to collect with an R***X amount to spend . I phoned in as i was not sure where to collect the card the lady who assisted me said i can go to the nearest Game store . on Thursday 24 September i went to Game menlyn .The system was offline i was advised to come back in in an hours time . 1Hour later went in again and they were still offline . This morning (26 September /) i went in again this time they wanted bank statements i said i have sent it in on the 18th once again i was advice to come back in 30 - 45 min . WHY do i receive an sms saying my card is ready if the full application has not been done and checked by RCS i cant go in every time and then they tell me come back really bad service .
