Not satisfied at all

I app**** for a credit limit increase. They told me that I am pre-owned approved for 3000, I asked if they can only increase it by 1000. Minutes later I receive an SMS saying my credit limit was increase but when I check on my app I see nothing. So I called in to follow up and they say to me they checked my ITC and increased it by R1. Really why did not tell they were going to give me R1. That not on. I wouldn't recommend this company to any of my friends.
