NOT INFORMED OF ACCOUNT HANDOVER

RCS CTM handed over my account to MBD ATTORNEYS on the 17 July 2015 without informing me of the hand-over, secondly as the debtor I was not issued with copy of the letter of demand by RCS CTM. In terms of section 129, in conjunction with section 130 of the NCA, which states that a credit provider must provide consumers with a notice in which the consumer is advised about their right to refer the credit agreement to a debt counsellor, alternative dispute resolution agent, consumer court, or ombud to resolve any dispute under the agreement, before taking legal proceedings to recover debts. why is RCS CTM breaking the law? I want to see copy of the letter of demand you issued to me before handing this account for collection, failure to present this letter will lead to you being reported to the relevant regulatory body. In light of the flawed process followed by RCS CTM, I am hereby requesting that you recall this account from MBD Attorneys and follow proper due process.
