NOT HELPFUL AT ALL! RCS & MY MAKRO ACC
I closed my Makro Account on the 9th of October 2017.
The gentleman (i wont name any names) gave me the amount that needed to be paid in full. I then proceeded to pay the amount via online banking same day.
I got debited again on the 1st of December?
I then contacted my Bank to reverse and explain the situation, they assisted in the matter and I got my money back.
However, i received an email from RCS this morning telling me that my account is in arrears! When i contacted them, they mentioned that i still have payments outstanding.
but I have proof that I closed my account on the 9th of October.
I called first thing this morning and spoke to a lady in Customer Services (wont mention names), I was very upset and tried to explain. But she told me that she would be transferring me to Admin, instead she put the phone down on me.
I don't know if it is even worth calling back at this point, all you do is end up waiting and waiting for someone to answer with the chance that nobody will listen.
VERY UNHAPPY!
Good day
