Not happy with Spitz and RCS
I am tired of the above mentioned store and loan shark. I requested a reconciliation of my account from RCS on the 31st May based on what I have paid against the credit I received from them that did not happen till to date. As per my teleconversation I was given a credit of R4500 and I used about R2350.00 to buy a per of men's ankle boot in April 2019. According to the records I have missed payments of 4 months and in that I have paid in installments a total amount of R2366. What surprises me is that RCS claims that I owe them another R2450.00. This is what I am refusing it does not make sense because I did not take a loan with them and when I referred to them as loan shark because they want an extra amount to be paid it is like I took a loan and yet I only bought a pair of shoe by credit and I paid that credit back and the other credit that was left in the card I did not use and I requested to close off that I account I don't need it anymore because it's a reap off. I am now getting an sms that I am handed over to the lawyers not sure by Spitz or RCS I am interested to know by who exactly and on what grounds. I regret opening that account.
