RCS staff is rude and some of them don’t know what they are doing because the information they give customers is not the same.
I am closing my account with them it hasn’t been an easy journey. They do not even appreciate or offer curtesy to their well paying customers. I was told my account is in arrears how when I have been paying in advance and haven’t skipped my payment. Also can they not call me!
