Non-refund of credit money owed

Coricraft is owing me a credit refund of R869. On 17 September 2023 I went to the shop in Centurion to request and process the refund. To be honest, yhe ladies in the shop were and still helpful by calling, making follow ups with their finance department. They processed the refund same time, however up until today am satill waiting. The ladies in the shop do make follow ups and call however they are told there is problem because their bank is not transferring the funds to me and there is nothing they can do as they have emailed their bank many times and they don't get a response. Eventually I've been told to go to my bank and ask them to call RCS bank for them to release my money and I'm like.you guys are not serious. Please because there is no way/channel to speak to a senior of RCS. Can RCS please refund me my money, it's nothing for them but for me it's a lot.
