Non reflection of payment

I have made payments and yet it has not reflected on my statement. <br> <br> Given I paid into the DionWired on line account and should have made payment to the Dion Debtors account but I have forwarded the proof of payment 3 times already and it has not been resolved. <br> Included was the account from which it came and ALL the details to which account it has been paid.<br> <br> I have also spoken to 7 different people and the matter is still not resolved. The responsibility now falls on me to go to the bank and sort this out and that is unacceptable. It has also resulted in various emails and sms's stating that I have fallen behind in payment. <br> <br> They are one group yet the one hand does not know what the other hand is doing. <br> <br> REALLY?<br> <br>
