NOBODY KNOWS!!!!

I found out on Monday that RCS owes me R1700, called their call center and was given a email address to send my request to with my banking details and ID. On Tuesday I called to confirm they received my email which they did and the consultant said that the refunds are processed on Wednesdays and Fridays and that i must call again on Wednesday to see if it has been processed, i called today and the other consultant told me refunds are processed on Tuesdays and Fridays.....WHAT THE HELL?!?!?!?! Quick to take our money but when you owe us it takes forever to get back. I want my money before the weekend or you will pay my returned bank charges
