No updates at credit bureau

I paid my RCS account in full in Aug already and it still hasnt been updated on my credit report. This is reflecting false balances. Please send through updated information monthly like you are supposed to do PLEASE.<br> Can you please send urgent request to update my credit record , I am not willing to wait 21 days for your negligence.
