No settlement letter and POPIA act breached

We have requested a settlement letter for my Dad since Tuesday and advised the consultant that it is rather urgent. She promised to escalate it as a matter of urgency so that we could receive the letter by the close of that day. We received a letter yesterday from Andiswa but it's not for the correct person. I then requested that the letter for Mr Scheffers be sent to which I have still not received feedback.

I also draw attention to the fact that you are also in breach of the POPIA act by distributing another persons details to us and I will make note of this to inform the relevant regulatory authority. Due care is also not app**** here as you don't pride yourselves in work that is correct, hence the incorrect letter being sent
